Frank Arva joined the ERC Team in April of 2012 as the conference’s Financial Secretary.

He is retired from the Federal Government where for over 30 years he was employed by the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Agent. He is a graduate of Wilkes University where he earned a BS in Commerce and Finance with additional post-graduation credits in accounting.

Frank is married to Deborah Arva and they have three children and eight grandchildren. He is a member of the Shiremanstown First Church of God where he teaches, is a member of the Stewardship & Finance Commission and Chairs the Christian Education & Nurture Commission.

Frank also serves on the Board of Directors at StoneRidge Retirement Living.
