Dennis was born, raised, and still resides in central Pennsylvania. He first received his AA degree in Business Administration from Harrisburg Area Community Collegeand then his BS in Professional Accountancy from Pennsylvania State University Capital College two years later. He spent some time in government accounting and in public accounting before moving to the private sector for almost 20 years.

During that time, God called him to pastoral ministry and he got his MA in Practical Theology from Winebrenner Seminary in Findlay, OH.

Dennis currently pastors the Kennedy Valley Church of God and the Sheaffer’s Valley Church of God in Landisburg, Perry County. In addition to these charges, he came on staff of the ERC as the Treasurer in the summer of 2023.

He is married to Tracy and they have two daughters, Sarah and Ashley. We don’t want to leave our their pride and joy, a cat named Smokey. When he is not serving God in these capacities, Dennis enjoys reading, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
